Please include a detailed description of your problem and which product in your message. Also include your full name, address, phone number, and email address. Instructions on returning your damaged product(s) to be replaced will be provided by email within 1-3 business days of receipt of your email. To replace any damage products we need proof of purchase- receipt and UPC codes.
We will honor replacement of damaged products up until six months of the product release date. Products sent to us with no receipt or UPC, or products sent to us without instruction will be returned to sender.
Please include the redemption code, card description, your full name, address, and phone number in the email so that we can log the card into our system and redeem the card for you.
Once we have processed the redemption we will respond to your email to let you know it has been entered. Your card should arrive within 3-5 business days. We will not honor expired redemptions.
